Facilitated by Woodland Healthcare staff
This is an informal atmosphere to share common concerns and learn about community resources and activities. The group meetings are every third Monday of the month from 1-2 p.m. at the Woodland Healthcare Rehabilitation Center, 45 West Court Street, Woodland.
This class is FREE to the community.
